He is the Founder of Operation Ninjas, a consulting company for C-Level Executives, Business Owners, Visionaries, Creators, and Innovators who seek to be freed from being stuck, having endless unfinished projects, and feeling overwhelmed when pursuing their Vision.

Jeff is the Vice President of the ACE NextGen SoCal Chapter, a position achieved after his first term on the local Chapter Board, and is a consistent resource for the ACE NextGen National Staff for their event planning and strategy implementation. ACE NextGen was founded to increase the presence of AAPI leadership and focuses on creating lifelong relationships, wealth, learning, network, and community for AAPI entrepreneurs in their growth stages. It has a network size of 10,000+ and 10 Chapters across the country.

Jeff is also on the Advisory Board for the Node Institute, a non-profit empowering AAPI non-profits with the power of community and entrepreneurship. Supported by the CalAsian Foundation, the Node Institute has completed retreats for 40 cohorts (such as Gold House and Asian American Futures) with 53 individuals spanning 19 states with a positive 95% program rating from its participants.

As the Operations Director of Project by Project in the Los Angeles Chapter, the nationwide AAPI organization through volunteering, pro bono consulting, and advocacy, has delivered a monetary impact of nearly $1,000,000 and 50,000 annual hours in human capital to Asian American communities across its 3 Chapters for over 25 years. As the Co-Director of Project Management at Sunny Side, he helps develop a mental wellness app with a mission to provide resources and safe space to talk about and close the gaps and achieve better mental wellness outcomes. Former positions include the Vice President for Taiwanese American Professionals (TAP) and the Chair of Board Development for Asian Professional Exchange (APEX).

Jeff graduated as a Banana Slug at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC). This is where he started his journey’s first significant community-oriented step by joining various student organizations. He later became the UCSC Co-President of the Chinese Student Association, one of the largest student run organizations on campus. He led the Board with an engaging strategic solution to execute a 300% increase in event production from 3 to 9 events each quarter. Jeff made a degree pivot to graduate with an Ecology and Evolution BS degree, where he enjoyed the study of the relationships between living organisms and their environment, and the study of the evolutionary process of natural selection and how outcomes affect habitable diversity. Since then he has translated that education into specializing in the relationships between individuals in a workplace and how to bring functionality and workability into a workplace environment.

By playing strategy games, reading history books, and traveling Jeff is able to maintain multiple dimensions of perspectives on being able to see and integrate solutions for his clients, social relationships, and his own journey in life.
